The Ottawa Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital is a veterinarian-owned, 24-hour emergency and specialty facility. We serve Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding area. We welcome animal emergency transfers and walk-in patients from any clinic in the region. Specialty services include Dentistry, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology & Behaviour.
We are searching for candidates who must be able to multitask and show great attention to detail. They must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as superior customer service and administration skills.
The candidate must always be able to maintain professional, even in emergency situations. Above all, empathy towards clients in stressful & emotional situations is paramount.
The full-time position (40 hours/week), includes some weekend and evening hours. We offer a competitive wage which is proportional to experience.
