We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a robust background in business operations. Your role as a seasoned veteran will be integral to collaborating closely with our team of engineers to spearhead the creation and development of the Infinite Verse Platform. This opportunity is for the industry maven who is ready to invest their expertise and passion in a venture where sweat equity translates to long-term success and innovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Financial Guidance: Lead the financial strategies with acumen, ensuring that as we scale, our financial trajectory remains steadfast and sustainable.
• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations based on your market research

• Strategic Leadership: Architect and execute business strategies that are a living embodiment of the Anime Universe’s Vision Statement, fostering a workplace where innovation is the norm, not the exception.
• Operational Management: Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, molding processes that stand as a benchmark for delivering unparalleled content and products.
• Technological Integration: Be the vital bridge between visionary business objectives and technological implementation, nurturing a collaborative and innovative space with our engineering teams.
• Community Engagement: Develop a vibrant community landscape that mirrors the rich tapestry of the worlds we aim to bring to our audience.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in the operations and technology sectors.
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• A proven history of synergistic collaboration with engineering teams to develop and bring innovative products to fruition.
• Solid business acumen paired with a technological prowess that enables seamless integration between business goals and tech execution.
• Excellent leadership abilities, empowering teams, fostering open communication and talent growth.
• Advanced degree in business or a technology-related field is preferred.
