Annex Distribution Looking for Junior Accountant & Customer Service at Remote Full Time

Annex is a fast growing refrigerated delivery company. We help farmers and other food and beverage companies ship their goods to homes and small businesses across Ontario.

We are looking for a new team member that can support two functions at Annex – Junior Accountant and Customer Service.

The candidate must have a degree in accounting and have a solid grasp of fundamental accounting concepts.

Work will include general accounting functions including reconciliations, accounts receivable follow up, accounts payable and more. When not working on accounting needs, the candidate will work to support our growing customer service team.

We are looking for people who are

• Able to deal with an array of issues.

Ideally, the candidate is bilingual in english and french. The candidate should also love the idea of supporting the local food system and food entrepreneurship.

Shifts are 6 days a week including daytime and evening roles. Shifts are generally 8 hours per shift.

Candidates must provide their own computer to work from home with.

Compensation

• $22 Per Hour
• Full time employees gain full benefits after 3 months and employee stock options after 1 year.

This role is for 30-40 hours per week. There are also opportunities to work the same rate per hour at a sister company doing similar accounting functions.
