Ant Rentals ltd. Looking for Senior Manager – Accounting at Burnaby, BC Full Time

ANT Rentals ltd. was established in Canada in 2022 and focuses on services such as mechanical equipment sales, rental, maintenance, and technical advice.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, Accounting must have a broad knowledge of business processes and systems. With this knowledge, the individual must provide financial leadership and support to the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) product group, which includes engineering, supply chain, and commercial functions.

· Provides financial support for the GET product group.

· Manages all aspects of monthly financial reporting & analysis.

· Provides financial guidance and support for aftermarket analysis and services growth initiatives.

· Leads GET product cost and profitability analysis.

· Provides financial leadership and support for investment analysis, capital spend and component sourcing.

· Member or sponsor of multi-disciplined teams.

· Involved in consensus decision-making.

· Leader in demonstrating values.

· Participate in development of financial and non-financial measurements.

· Develops and implements analytics tools to continuously provide analysis and forward-looking insights.

· Participates in strategy development to drive improved financial and operational performance.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree within Accounting, Finance, or related area.

· At least 7-10 years of varied accounting experience, preferably within a large multinational corporation.

· Strong communication, writing and analyzing skills.

· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Ability to create a vision and lead change.

· Great leadership and management skills.

· Investment Analysis experience including discounted cash flow.
