Anthony’s Espresso Equipment Inc. Looking for Bookkeeping and Data Entry at Woodbridge, ON Full Time

Located in the heart of Woodbridge, Anthony’s Espresso is a one-stop shop; providing sales and repairs of espresso machines, both home and commercial. Some of the brands include Philips-Saeco, Gaggia,,DeLonghi, Expobar and Nuova Simonelli. We’re so good at what we do that we are the preferred warranty centre for Philips-Saeco.
We sell an assortment of espresso beans including LAVAZZA, Moak, Ara Azzurro, Forza, and we even roast three of our own beans: Bellacaff, Mikkacaff, and Rocco Bar. We also offer a large variety of accessories for sale.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated self-starter to serve as a customer service representative.
Some of the duties of the position include:

• Entering sales invoices and expenses
• Payroll
• Bank Reconciliation
• HST, Payroll and WSIB Remmitance
• Warranty data entry
• Accounts receivable & Accounts Payable
• Answering phone enquiries
• Other duties as required
• Able to work at either Anthony’s Espresso location as required. (Woodbridge and Toronto)
• Proficient in using Quickbooks

Qualification: Bookkeeping diploma or equivalent
