Major Field Service Responsibilities:
Installs and maintains sensors and network equipment in accordance with customer specifications and implementation guidelines.
Complete service installation, repairs and surveys in construction sites as needed.
Maintain the highest level of quality, integrity, and ethics in dealing with all customers and external suppliers.
Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports.
Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
Recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinating product solutions.
Eligibility Requirements:
Excellent network installation and equipment servicing skills.
Construction experience is a bonus.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be team oriented.
Willing and able to work in a startup environment with significant time in the field or on customer construction sites.
Willing and able to follow construction site safety procedures and maintain safety training.
Willing and able to travel as required for work, up to 50%, including international travel (within North America) where required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs unassisted daily.
Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
Pre-register (background check or specific health-screening) with selected accounts (health-care or other secure site) to obtain contractor badge/site access
