The role:
As a Java Developer, you will work on the latest technologies and with a variety of clients ranging from the public sector and private to start-ups. AOT being a leader in integration and analytics in British Columbia, you will also have opportunities to work on technologies such as computer vision, machine learning, predictive analytics, IoT etc.

Required Skills: *

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-8 years of IT industry experience
• Hands-on experience in J2EE or Core Java (collection, multithreading).
• Experience in Linux/Unix based systems
• Excellent Analytical and debugging skills using Java debugging tools
• Experience with JavaScript, JMeter, C# ,Apache Kafka, Redis , gRPC, Apache Thrift, Postman, Curl

• Exposure to at least one API Gateway product, preferably WSO2
• Strong expertise in Cloud Technology such as AWS
• Experience with Event based programming and Open source development
• DevOps & Agile methodology experience
• Excellent data structure & algorithm skills
• Ready to learn new technologies
• A team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy and fast growing workplace
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
