Here at Apex Global Logistics Inc., we offer our customers a flexible range of logistics services-ocean/air export and import, warehousing, transportation, distribution, etc. We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our diversified team in North York.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the logistics department to ensure orders are processed

• Responsible for paperwork in terms of receiving and shipping to customers

• Maintain accuracy of tracking shipping status and/or shipping errors

• Responsible for answering customers’ questions regarding orders

Hours:

Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.

***We would like you to arrive 10 mins earlier ahead to get ready for the day : )

Salary:

Depends on experience and negotiable.

Requirements:

• Administrative experience and warehouse environment experience (Preferred)

• Prior experience in logistics and paperwork processing

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

• Excellent computer software and communication skills
