- Compensation: Up to $35/hour.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Post journal entries and supporting work papers and documentation.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accurately enter invoices across multiple entities.
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable documents and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is an asset.
- Must have over 5 years of experience as an Accounting assistant or General Accountant, including Accounting and Bank reconciliation.
- Must have corporate accounting experience.
- Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable (invoicing).
- Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas), QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Must have excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
