Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project support services to the organization. This role involves performing various tasks and working with different areas and stakeholders of the project as directed by the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator also communicates with external parties such as landlords, base building architects, contractors, and trades to obtain expectations, approvals, revisions, or new designs. The position supports all areas of architectural services, including producing construction documentation following statutes and by-laws and verifying the accuracy of working drawings to permit applications and reviews. The Project Coordinator is exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, is a multi-tasker responsible for coordinating and executing project activities and maintains consistently high standards of workmanship and efficiency under the Project Manager’s mentorship.
