The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all marketing-related activities that promotes brand awareness, reputation, and provides a steady flow of sales inquiries.
Detailed responsibilities and duties include:
Develop and execute on strategic marketing initiatives and activities that will strengthen the company’s brand.
Implement marketing plans that include print, media, and online content.
Identify and prioritize marketing objectives, including managing effective marketing events.
Manage online branding and communication efforts through the company’s website, mobile, and email marketing campaigns.
Direct the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in coordination with the ad agency, technical and sales teams.
Conducts research and compiles information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations.
Represent the company to clients, business associates and industry-related organizations.
Qualifications:
A university degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field is required
3+ years of experience in a Marketing position within the construction industry
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite software applications
Strong knowledge in major Social Media platforms and content creation
High level of interpersonal skills and willingness to be a collaborative team member
