The Apple Services Academy is a 12-month entry-level program starting in September 2023. It is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development. There may be other opportunities within Apple at the end of this program, however this cannot be guaranteed.
You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work.
We are looking for an inquisitive, agile, dynamic and determined individual to support the Apple Media Services marketing team specializing in robust customer engagement and digital marketing for Canada.
The role offers marketing exposure across digital advertising, creative production, direct & growth marketing, social media, and partnership marketing with a breadth of experience across all content types. You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging.

Key Qualifications
Understanding of the Canadian media landscape and consumer engagement
Proficiency in digital marketing, media metrics and benchmarks, to general consumer audiences
Analytical background, with ability to collect, analyze, and report on data
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable presenting to cross-functional groups (10+ people)
Experience with tracking and project management
Copywriting experience and/or creative development an asset
Multi-tasking abilities, while remaining adaptable to changes
Description
Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. This is a short overview of some of the responsibilities you will help the Apple Services Marketing team with:
– Partner with business teams to identify campaign priorities
– Plan and prepare campaign briefs for agencies and internal teams
– Work with production and localization teams on creative deliverables and timelines
– Coordinate with external partners to gather approved assets and assist with approvals
– Support email production including building wireframes and testing (not technical)
– Assist in project management and coordination of external partnerships
– Report on campaign performance, identify trends, and communicate best practices

– Able to complete the full program (1 year), starting September 2023.
– Previous professional experience in marketing preferred.
– This role is based in our office in Toronto.
– This is an entry level program with a fixed (competitive) salary.
