– Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

– Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work setting- Restaurant
Tasks- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Manage kitchen operations
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses – Safe Food Handling certificate
