  • Labour relations
  • Human Resources admin, employee relations, reporting etc.
  • Policy and procedures
  • Job creation, job descriptions and new hire orientation
  • Other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Must have recent manufacturing industry experience
  • Must have recent labour relations and union experience
