Applied Pressure Inc. Looking for Inventory Clerk and Administration at Saint John, NB Full Time

Position Summary:

Provide superior inventory and administrative support for our hydraulic repair shop and product sales. You will be required to analyze requests, process orders, manage inventory and perform various administrative tasks. This position would be well suited for someone who is a team player, has the ability to multitask and is a lifelong learner.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions

• Maximize sales by providing excellent customer service

• Maintain positive relationships and communication with suppliers, customers and staff
• Conduct purchasing for shop jobs and inside sales.
• Complete initiated sales orders, invoicing and related duties
• Provide inventory management and administrative support
• Perform other tasks and special projects as required
• Provide support for outside sales
• Keep up-to-date on changes/developments of our product lines
• Willingness to complete training during and after business hours if required
• Willingness to take ownership and follow things through to completion

Experience and Education

• Post Secondary education

• Technical aptitude and/or interests
• Strong computer skills with ability to use MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Sage 50 experience considered an asset

• Inventory and Sales experience considered assets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
