PROJECT COORDINATOR – VANCOUVER, BC
Aragon Properties Ltd. is a leading development firm specializing in residential and mixed-use projects in British Columbia, Ontario and California. We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our expanding portfolio of projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Project Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Scheduling: Assist in project scheduling and timeline management, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Tender Process: You will assume full responsibility for managing the tender process and soliciting bids from subcontractors.
Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Permitting: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute project progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
