Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing our marketing programs which support sales, growth, and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Job
Ensures all promotions are implemented across the account & properly branded
Responsible for driving base business growth programs and strategies to increase participation/sales
Creating written and visual content for various programs including, social media marketing, online advertising, print advertisement & signage, and public relations
Managing our social media platforms and ensuring targeted strategy and growth across all platforms
Monthly auditing of locations including pricing, menu boards, customer service principles, and brand standards
Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention
Support execution of promotions from national brand partners, proprietary programming, client events, sponsorships, and more
Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the unit and that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, customer satisfaction and increased profits
Supports front line management with administration of marketing training and development programs for employees
Assisting with the filming / photographing of content for use in marketing strategies
About You
University or College Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years? experience in service industry preferably in food service or hospitality management
Intermediate skills using technology and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and website management
Experience using Google Analytics and social management tools
Adobe Suite training (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
Experience with photography and video creation & editing
Experience in tracking ROI with marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles in brand management, retail, and online channels
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Deadline driven and enjoys the creative process
Ability to work well under pressure
The selected candidate for this position will need to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
