Arch Staffing & Consulting Canada is teaming up with an end-to-end 24/7 Transport Services provider in Vaughan to add to their growing team. This is an on-site position. If you have a minimum of 3 years of Dispatching with Logistics Coordinating experience, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, let’s talk!
Base Salary: Based on Experience
Employee Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours per week: 40 hours
Combination of Shifts Available:
· 8 or 12 hour shifts
· Evenings: 3:00PM – 11:00PM
· Nights: 11:00PM – 7:00AM
· Weekend: 7:00PM – 7AM – Weekend shifts are always 12 hour days

What Your Day May Look Like:
· Coordinate and collaborate with all customer operating departments (drivers, logistics, production, customer service) to create the best plan of action to effectively service local and international customers and determine delivery needs.
· Navigate airline portals and customers clearance portals, schedule flights, and ensure deliveries arrive on time
· Manage a high volume of calls and emails in a high stress environment with extremely time sensitive orders
· Find creative ways to address urgent delivery needs when access to drivers is limited or delayed
· Ensure all driver logs and communication are entered timely and transferred accurately into internal databases.
· Proactively resolve issues that impact partner-carriers or customers and share ways to optimize processes.
· Maintain on-going communication with the team to ensure Canadian and cross-border guidelines are followed
Who You are:
· You have strong communication skills and an Advanced/Native level of spoken and written English.
· Minimum 3 years dispatching/logistics experience in a fast-paced environment
· You enjoy collaborating closely with team members and developing a plan of action to help field workers succeed
· You would rather overcommunicate than miss an update and you enjoy sharing and implementing new best practices with your team!
· You’re highly organized, creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
· You can learn and develop quickly through personal initiative

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
