Scierie Duhamel Sawmill, a leader in eastern hemlock processing, is looking for a dynamic and rigorous internal sales representative to lead daily sales operations and develop markets within a stimulating team.
In more detail, the successful candidate will:
– Answer customer questions (industrial, commercial and residential).
– Welcome and assist retail customers who need advice on the products offered.
– Collaborate with management for the analysis of customer requests.
– Prepare quotes.
– Develop new markets.
– Negotiate agreements with industrial customers.
– Ensure the follow-up of receivables.
– Take orders while considering various factors (inventories, deadlines, prices, availability of raw materials).
– Establish loading plans for processed products.
– Coordinate shipments of processed products.
– Work closely with the operations department (sawing, secondary processing, shipping, etc.).
The candidate must have the following skills:
– Strong relational skills.
– Good analytical skills and mathematical reasoning.
– Able to use or learn to use an ERP system.
– Fluency in English (pan-Canadian and international clientele)
– Knowledge of the wood sector (an asset)

Located in the Brome-Missisquoi tourist region, Scierie Duhamel Sawmill offers a pleasant working environment in newly renovated offices located near vineyards and the Route des Vins bike path. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
