Who we need
We are looking for a Manager of Strategy and Transformation to work alongside our Sr. Director of Strategy and Transformation and Array’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will play a critical role on highly visible priorities determined by our CEO as you lead analysis and activities to execute a long-term growth strategy and business transformation.
This role will be a hybrid role out of our Toronto Headquarters, with approximately 50% of time remote, 25% in person in Toronto, and 25% spent travelling to our other global offices ( NYC, Mexico City, London, Paris, Warsaw).

You will focus on
The development of enterprise-wide strategies, processes, and transformation projects. You will:
Operate as a thought partner with the Sr. Director of Strategy & Transformation to support a variety of projects and initiatives from end to end.
Create highly complex analyses to support business decisions ranging from commercial growth, operations investments, and M&A activities
Support development and tracking of milestones and other business performance management tools and processes.
Contribute to the design and development of Board of Directors presentations, regional (Americas, EMEA, APAC) business reviews, 3-5 year corporate strategy plans, M&A evaluations, and other business transformation reports.
You have
The education and the experience. You have a university degree and 2+ years of management consulting experience with demonstrated growth. You have real-world experience contributing to and executing corporate transformations and growth strategies, ideally in CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing. You can conduct highly complex quantitative analyses and articulate data-based insights. You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment where you can effectively introduce strategic transformation.
The interpersonal skills. You have professional, flexible, and effective communication skills. You can build strong relationships at every level of an organization, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing decision-makers, including the Executive Leadership Team. You have a way of speaking that engages your audience and instills confidence and credibility.
The project management. You are innovative, curious, and driven. You can balance priorities, pay attention to the details and never lose sight of the big picture. You have a bias for action, and comfort operating under tight deadlines. You have strong business acumen and can execute a strategy from the ground up, taking a leadership role to design and develop transformational initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
