Office Adminstrator
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our Toronto sales office. The Office Administrator provides support to office staff including invoice processing, customer engagement, facilities management and ongoing coordination with Arrow’s corporate office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Executive support
Daily engagement with corporate headquarters teams to facilitate processes and requirements
Preparing invoices and A/P, cost center allocation
Supplier, Partner, and Vendor engagement
Canadian team event coordination
Local property management and facility security
Maintaining office supplies
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
Answering phones
What We Are Looking For:
2-5 years’ experience in office administration
Experience managing commercial office building
Accounts Payables/Receivables experience
Experience supporting a sales team and or a busy sales office
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint
Experience with SalesForce, Workday, Workfront would be an asset

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$25.97 – $31.74
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
