We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in construction renovation and remodeling for hospitals. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of hands-on experience, demonstrating expertise in managing projects from inception to completion in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of construction, renovation, and remodeling projects in hospital settings.
• Healthcare Compliance:
• Ensure that all projects comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including safety, infection control, and patient care considerations.
• Client Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with hospital stakeholders to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Budget and Cost Management:
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct regular financial assessments and provide accurate cost estimations.
• Contractor and Vendor Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate activities with contractors, architects, and other vendors involved in the construction process.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all parties adhere to project specifications.
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Renovation:
• Address and perform maintenance tasks promptly as required, ensuring the hospital’s facilities are in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations.
• Collaborate with relevant teams for renovation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital services.
• Quality Control:
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that construction and renovation projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in construction renovation, preferably within hospital environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
