Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Marketing & Digital and leading a team of five, the Director, Digital Channels & E-commerce will develop and lead Arterra’s e-commerce function. They will be responsible for shadow P&L (direct to consumer sales) and digital channel experience. Establish consumer (customer) care centre of expertise. Align operational and back-office processes to B2C standards. Provide expertise to Arterra as needed as it continues on its direct-to-consumer journey.
