We are seeking an Entry-Level Wealth Management Assistant to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to start a career in wealth management, as you will provide essential support to our team of Wealth Managers in various administrative and client-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Wealth Managers in preparing and organizing client financial plans and portfolio reviews.

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate client-related events.

Communicate with clients to address basic inquiries and provide updates.

Manage and organize documents such as client statements, reports, and other financial information.

Participate in client meetings, take notes, and handle follow-up actions as instructed.

Conduct basic market research under the guidance of Wealth Managers.

Collaborate with internal departments and external institutions such as banks and legal advisors as required.

Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Required Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn financial software.
