Role Description

Artwell Design Studio is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Interior Design CAD/Revit Technician for a full-time, on-site role located at 354 Davenport Rd Toronto, ON M5R 1K6. The Interior Design CAD/Revit Technician will collaborate with designers to produce technical drawings, focusing on the creation of detailed working drawings, design packages, and construction documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to specifications and will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and contractors throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years or more of Interior Design Technical experience
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate deliverables with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in all phases of the design process, from programming through construction administration
• Design experience in Residential and Commercial is preferred.
