About the Role:
Job Title: Construction Manager 4
Responsibilities:
- They will be managing the design and contractors onsite coordinating the Microsoft engineering team and builder.
- Lots of underground work in terms of electrical substations, must know the work and how to coordinate.
Requirement:
- 8-10+ years of significant electrical/industrial data center experience is required for this role.
- Design, procurement and construction of Data Centers and/or Utility Substations.
- Project management/Construction management is a huge plus for this role. Construction Environmental experience is also required for this role.
Must haves:
- Experience in electrical construction project management (Datacenter, heavy electrical, or heavy substation experience)
- Schedule-focused & and experienced in managing a schedule
- Managed high-level projects
Location: Quebec City, QC
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $150K – $205K Annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
