Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Outbound calls to new leads
– Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences
– Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
– Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
– Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
– Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and scanning
Skills:
