As a full-time Work from Home Customer Assistance Representative in our Tier 1 Group, you’ll represent one of the world’s best-loved brands as the trusted Canadian voice of a major automotive manufacturer. You’ll provide exceptional customer service to vehicle owners with concerns about almost everything, including warranty coverage, repair issues, dealership concerns and vehicle features, escalating complex cases to the Tier 2 Group for more specialized support. When you listen calmly and patiently, respond with helpful solutions and accurate information, and take every complaint seriously, you’ll reduce their stress level and improve their day.
For this fast-paced, collaborative team, we hire reliable people who like to help people, and they enjoy helping each other too! You’ll need to be able to work varying 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1800 EST.
We need you to have a high school diploma, strong communication soft skills and computer literacy with at least six months of customer service experience. In addition to a passion for helping people, you’ll need problem-solving abilities, a great work ethic and a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Automotive industry knowledge and previous call centre experience are considered assets.
Work from Home associates needs to have a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.
