As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be providing clerical and administrative support to the lead Community Manager(s). You should be comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks each day with a focus on providing timely customer service and producing detailed and accurate reports, correspondence, and results. You will provide service for internal customers and communicate with external vendors and clients on a regular basis.
Please note: This role is the first step towards moving into a Community Manager position. Our hope is that this individual will be motivated to eventually be licensed and promoted to a full Community Manager role.
