Reporting to the GM- Independent Wholesale Sales, the incumbent is responsible to drive profitable sales to independent retailers on Vancouver Island by direct selling of retail accounts. This person will be excited about promoting the AG programs and driving profitable sales growth. They will know the profitability of their accounts and strive to improve on customer profitability in an environment of constant improvement. Their prime focus will be to increase sales and profitability in the accounts they are assigned and to identify, present proposals to and acquire new business wherever possible on Vancouver Island. This role will operate from home on Vancouver Island and involve extensive travel all over Vancouver Island, neighboring Gulf Islands and Powell River.
