Job Title: Clinical Data Analyst (Remote)

The Clinical Data Analyst is part of the growing Clinical Affairs team. The right candidate will assist the team with a variety of clinical activities such as determining sample sizes for clinical trials, Retrospective studies and Prospective PMCF studies. The team member will also create a statistical analysis for Post Market Clinical Follow Up Reports and final closing reports for all Clinical Studies performed. The team member will also perform duties of recall coordinator as the gathering of data, meeting with cross functional groups, holding recall meetings, communications, FDA reporting, letter dissemination, and all other duties associated with recalls and Sub-recalls within the organization.
As part of this role, you will:
- Track and trend patient information
- Extract and integrate raw data to create actionable reports
- Identify clinical data trends and patterns related to clinical outcomes
- Be responsible for the retrieval, organization, validation, and delivery of data to support Research Study protocols, reviews preparatory to research, and feasibility cohort query
- Develop subject matter expertise around research operations and regulations and their impact on data delivery methods.
- Work with Research Operations staff to develop and maintain performance measurement processes (database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment).
- Interact regularly with leadership and research personnel (including research analysts, certified research coordinators, research assistants, and Post Market Surveillance leads) to facilitate discussions of protocol specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, statistics or related field
- 1+ years’ experience extracting, collating, and generating reports in the medical device industry
- 1+ years’ experience analyzing data for trends, patterns, and discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in health informatics, surgical technology, Nursing or related field
- Master’s degree
- Experience utilizing clinical data
- Experience with Minitab
- Experience using data analysis software
- Project management experience
- Recall experience
0-20% travel
This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship
Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 80,000 to 120,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is Association Privacy Tech good faith belief at the time of this posting.
