Aston Carter Looking for Back Office – Operations – Wealth Management (CSC/IFIC) at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Please note – you must be willing and able to work at least 3 days in office a week, in the downtown Toronto area. This is not a work from home job.

• Job Description and Details:* This position is responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the banks clients by ensuring that all assignments are completed in a prompt and accurate manner, and all queries are replied to in a timely manner. The Service Administrative role is a member of the back-office team, providing day to day service to a number of independent Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: *
• Provide support to the Team Managers and Service Coordinators within Service Delivery team.
• Responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks within S.L.A. and follow up to ensure any outstanding items are processed.
• On a daily basis review and approve administrative items such as: De-registrations, Bank Transfers, Foreign Exchanges and Internal Account Transfers
• Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients.
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Sundry duties assigned.
• Must Have Experience/Qualifications: *
• Must have 1+ Years of Previous Experience with Investments/Wealth Management/Similar Industries
• CSC or IFIC Certification (Either in Process, or fully Obtained)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
