Aston Carter Looking for Entry Level Banking Role (No Banking Exp Needed) at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire a back office service officer to help support their corporate office located in the Mississauga, ON area (borderline Etobicoke).

Typical Day in the Role: (please note, this is NOT a call center role. You were rarely be on the phones, this is more of a back office/processing role)

• Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Must-Have Requirements/Skills:

• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience (Schooling, Retail, Fast Food, Call Center, Etc.)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Knowledge and Experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills –
• Typing/Data entry experience – 1+ years
