Aston Carter Looking for French/English Business Banking Advisor at New Brunswick Full Time

My client who is one of the TOP 3 banks in Canada are looking for Bilingual (French/English) Business Banking Advisors who can perform the following duties:

Job Description :

• Provide professional financial advice to new and existing Small Business clients, assisting them with their financial needs

• Recommend products, services, and/or share information with clients to meet their unique immediate and future financial needs

• Support product and service recommendations with details that are easily understood and convert value towards the clients’ stated needs

• Manage risk and compliance routines when carrying out transactions

• Achieve higher levels of proficiency in this role by providing effective advice to clients regarding our products, services, and solutions

Must Have:

• Bilingual French/English

• Contact Centre experience with knowledge of banking/cards product

• Excellent telephone manner, IT literacy, and digital knowledge, as well as multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts that meet our clients’ needs between Monday to Friday 7 AM to 11 PM (EST), Saturday & Sunday 7 AM – 10 PM (EST)
