Aston Carter Looking for Processing Role – Fortune 500 Investments Company at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Our client, a fortune 500 Financial Services Company is looking to hire hybrid Operations Specialists to support their Canadian headquarters.

This job will be a hybrid role, meaning that you will be required to come into the office 2-3 days as week while working from home the other days of the week.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be working from home supporting trade processing, reconciliation and control, transfer and deposit processing as well as insurance processing for 800+ Canadian branches. They will be in one of two departments: Onboarding & Internal Transfers or Custody & Reporting. Daily responsibilities include:

• Perform processing functions, such as document processing, transaction approvals, service requests from Branches, reconciliation, etc.
• Perform excel analysis and processing on a variety of functions.
• Manage a variety of these functions, learning and contributing in a progressive manner (via training and peer support).
• Provide excellent customer service to Branches, peers and other Divisions within Home Office.
• Be a collaborative, active and engaged team member.

Must Have Experiences/Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Excel Proficiency is a Big Plus) .
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

Nice to Have Knowledge/Experience (Not Mandatory, but a Plus):

• CSC/IFIC Certification (Obtained, or in process of)
• Previous Investment/Banking/Financial Services Experience
