As a Franchise Support Consultant, we partner with entrepreneurs to successfully operate uBreakiFix franchises. These Franchisees are our clients, and the Operations Support team supports Franchisees with consulting services focused around driving key metrics and performance in our stores. In this role, you will consult directly with individual owners, managers, and store team members to drive success for our franchises. You will act as a uBreakiFix franchise operations expert and partner with our franchise owners to help assess, measure and drive their performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Takes ownership of store performance and franchise success within the consultant’s region.
Builds influential relationships with franchise owners, managers and technicians to identify and analyze areas of opportunities within the franchise and then develop improvement strategies based on those areas of opportunity
Focusing on store performance, revenue generation, salesmanship, customer experience, inventory management, and operational efficiencies.
Consult, train, mentor, and coach managers and owners in areas that impact performance and overall effectiveness
Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations and strategies to enhance knowledge and skill
Direct support and align resources cross-functionally to help measure, analyze and enhance the performance of the franchisee
Identify, qualify, and analyze data that illustrates a franchise’s performance.
Partner with franchisees and internal teams to strategize and implement an ongoing business performance plan.
Run and participate in various meetings and conference calls with a wide range of participants.
Effectively and efficiently coach others on specific operational techniques
This position will include a minimum of 40% travel availability to our franchise locations

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, retail, and/or training is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of Management experience is required.
Proven ability to influence results and work with external stakeholders such as vendors, contractors, or franchisees.
A relationship management or consulting background is preferred.
Prior experience or involvement in: sales training, leadership development, customer/client service, or consulting is preferred.
Presentation/coaching skills.
Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization.
Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team.
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
