As ATB’s next Product Manager, Digital Wealth you will be responsible for collaborating with a team of talented Product Managers as you focus on driving value for our clients and the organization, alongside our cross functional teams, through the delivery of the digital experiences for our Wealth clients (new and existing).
Role Accountabilities
- Creates and maintains continuous product strategy and roadmap for iterations against client and business outcomes
- Acts as enterprise SME on product or product line; accountable for delivering annual business objectives
- Collaborates with other leaders from areas such as software development, design, agile delivery and change management to ensure the cross functional team and our stakeholders are well supported
- Accountable for delivery of client & business outcomes; discovers, designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products through entire lifecycle
- Works cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholder groups to support the product throughout the product life cycle
- Delivers feasible, viable and desirable client experience for product and/or product line by leveraging data insights, partners, and stakeholders
- Breaking down large goals into tactical steps to demonstrate value and learn to inform future goals
Requirements
Core Technical Skills
- Understanding and practice using agile software development methodologies
- Experience developing product strategy and translating into requirements
- Launching and maintaining a digital product
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, MIRO, Mixpanel, Qualtrics etc
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops
Interpersonal And Leadership Skills
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Eager to learn and deliver

Accreditation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, computer science or equivalent degree or prior experience as an entrepreneur, product manager, business analyst or product designer in a company preferred
