Atimi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who specializes in mobile app development to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our clients and our project teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining technical and business specifications, collaborating with UX design, and ensuring the successful completion of mobile application development projects.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience working within a consulting agency as a business analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client requirements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Define and document business problems, develop user stories, and define user acceptance criteria
- Create technical documentation to communicate with clients and development teams
- Work collaboratively with UX and development teams to ensure a seamless integration of requirements
- Design, document, and maintain processes
- Understand evolving requirements with the ability set expectations with customers on what may fall in or out of scope
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmaps
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile trends and technologies
- Collaborate with partners to optimize integration and enhance mobile applications
- Identify and address issues in mobile applications to deliver better value to clients
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android mobile application development
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements for mobile applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agile project methodologies
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- At least 5 years’ experience as a business analyst (preferably with a focus on mobile applications)
- Be a Canadian or U.S. citizen able to obtain security clearance, if needed, for fintech clients
- Located in the Greater Vancouver area (preferred)
The position is open to anyone, but you must be located in Canada. Relocation support is not provided.
