About The Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager as a Marketing Associate, you will support the business development team with providing innovative marketing strategies, digital outreach, and relationship building skills. The marketing associate will analyze market trends, lead digital campaigns, and cultivate partnerships with potential clients. This role is instrumental in supporting our Business Development team to drive the success of our campaigns, aligned with our expansion plan. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilize your marketing skills and strategies.
Support Digital Strategy & Outreach (45%)
- Design social media posts, develop innovative digital campaigns (social media, email etc.), and enhance AtomVie’s visibility, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Monitor and maintain AtomVie’s website to effectively showcase services and attract potential clients and partners.
- Create additional content, such as blogs, news publications, whitepapers, podcasts, or other materials, to increase visibility.
- Stay informed about industry events and leverage them to advertise AtomVie.
Execute marketing initiatives and contribute to marketing plans (35%)
- Monitor market and competitor trends, conduct data analysis, relevant for AtomVie’s strategic marketing with the goal of achieving success in marketing KPIs.
- Develop compelling marketing tools, including presentations, brochures, and social media campaigns, using design skills to captivate audiences and promote AtomVie
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns across various platforms (both digital and non-digital) according to predefined schedules, aiming to achieve optimal reach and engagement.
Relationship Building & Networking (10%)
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders (industry partners, vendors, etc.) to identify collaboration opportunities within marketing.
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
- Support internal marketing and branding efforts, ensuring consistency with AtomVie’s vision and values.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, business, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong design skills using tools like Canva, Photopea, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
