We have an opportunity at our Richmond Hill office for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Customer Service and Inside Sales, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all inbound calls from clients, and ensuring consistent exceptional Customer Services is provided to each client, on each call.
