MAJOR DUTIES:
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a lead role by partnering closely with leaders to attract and engage top talent for the ATS SuperTrak Group. Responsible for the full-cycle talent acquisition process, collaborating with HR team in ensuring a positive employee onboarding experience, and participating in or leading talent acquisition related projects and process improvements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent throughout the organization, and will be proactive and willing to aid the HR team at times of low recruitment volumes.
