The job includes, but not limited to the following;
Ensure our service clients are managed as outlined by Audi Royal Oak and Audi Canada policies and procedures. Utilize Data Mining Software to effectively attain appointments, retain customers. Daily follow-up of previous day’s clients in a timely fashion. Work cohesively with the service department to establish the best customer experience. Detailed note keeping and proficient use of our Dealer Management system. We offer great income potential, in a modern facility with a great team atmosphere. Ongoing training will be provided as required.
