Audi Royal Oak is in search of an Outgoing, Ambitious, Attentive, Creative individual with the ability to work well independently. Must be target and goal oriented. Automotive experience is preferred for this position but not required.
The job includes, but not limited to the following;
Ensure our service clients are managed as outlined by Audi Royal Oak and Audi Canada policies and procedures. Utilize Data Mining Software to effectively attain appointments, retain customers. Daily follow-up of previous day’s clients in a timely fashion. Work cohesively with the service department to establish the best customer experience. Detailed note keeping and proficient use of our Dealer Management system. We offer great income potential, in a modern facility with a great team atmosphere. Ongoing training will be provided as required.

Qualifications
- At least two years in a previous role based in customer service/sales would be an asset.
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
