Retail Associate
Key Responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL PLANNING
- Collaborate in the Annual budget process and help in the preparation of long-range strategic plans
- Collaborate in continued development of budgeting, forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools
- Collect and analyze data from internal and external market reports (IQVIA)
- Analyze competitive back order reports and provide insights to business team in collaboration with supply chain team
RETAIL BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- Provide market insights on key trends by geography, customer and product
- Execute Customer Segmentation and Targeting exercises for Sales Force
- Prepare customer business reviews and reconciliation
- Responsible for ensuring fulfillment of salesforce/HO needs with respect to insights on territory sales performance
- Perform a comprehensive analysis of internal sales and competitive data and set the related KPI metrics
- Perform periodic checks on viability of sales incentive plans and recommend changes in future incentive plans to align with sales force excellence initiatives
REQUIREMENT:
- 3+ years experience in business analytics and operations with proven ability to support overseas operations
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience preferred
- Business Knowledge particularly business analytics
- Experience working with Power BI and ERP systems preferred
- Ability to filter through mass data and pullout key insights
- Strong knowledge of MS excel and other MS office and application
