Job Summary:
Title: People & Culture Manager
Location: Hybrid; primarily remote, but required to travel to our Provincial Office (1179 King St W, Toronto, ON, M6K 3C5) or a regional office when required
Hours: 37.5hrs per week
Annual Salary: $85000-$90000
Duration: 1 year contract with the possibility of extension
Position Overview
The People and Culture Manager operates in the capacity of a change agent within the organization and works as a partner with the organization’s leadership teams by advising on organizational policies, Anti- Racism (AR)/ Equity Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) best practices and fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace free of discrimination. The People and Culture Manager will step in as needed to support the HR team in its day-to-day operations as well.
