AutoCanada is looking for an experienced General Manager, one who can drive our dealership to success. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and administrative functions. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the dealership is profitable and provides high-quality customer service. For the right candidate, relocation may be offered.

You should apply if you…
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Manager in automotive dealership
- Have a history of outstanding success in a high-volume dealership
- Demonstrate being a culture builder with a proven track record of developing a high-performing team with low turnover
- Are innovative and approach the business with progressive ideas to grow in sales and service operations
- Have financial acumen and knowledge of how to drive net profit targets
- Are able to build and execute the Dealership strategy
- Lead high functioning teams through coaching, mentoring and accountability
- Nurture and model an amazing customer experience
