About the Role:
We are in search of a highly motivated and tech-savvy Remote Performance Manager, specifically for Canadian Automotive clients. In this role, you will guide our clients in onboarding to our software products and provide ongoing support via video and phone calls.
What You Will Do at Autocorp.ai:
- Collaborate with our Dealer partners to foster their growth and success with our suite of products.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance results and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Introduce clients to new AVA products, guiding them from introduction to implementation and adoption.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support clients in achieving success with our products and services.
- Update and maintain CRM records.
- Schedule meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations with Dealer contacts, engaging with business owners and managers in the automotive industry.
- Assist with ticket management and multitask effectively.
- Provide consultative responses to incoming inquiries.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients to enhance retention and drive sales growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets/KPIs.
- Serve as an industry expert for our clients, offering advice on best practices and optimal performance leveraging.
- Act as the client’s voice, gathering their feedback and advocating for product enhancements.
- Ensure prompt issue resolution and escalate as necessary, liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements Qualities We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 Years of automotive experience, with a focus on sales processes, systems, and internal operations (essential).
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role within a high-growth environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional 1-2 Years of automotive experience (strong asset).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or SaaS (asset).
- Effective and proactive response to customer requests.
- Understanding of the GAP sales process.
- Timely follow-through, consistency, and a proactive “get things done” attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude.

Salary/Compensation:
Base salary plus bonuses based on performance and KPIs. (OTE $65-70k)
