Avalon Ford Sales has an immediate opening for a Warranty Administrator at our St. John’s location. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic professional to join our service and warranty team.
You will be responsible for processing warranty, maintenance, and retail workorders. This will include interpretation of technician comments to translate into warranty claim invoices, posting charges and closing workorders. Some additional duties will include monthly account reconciliation and general overseeing of the warranty department.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in the automotive industry in a warranty administration role is a definite asset.
