About the job:
Business Analysts gather the information to define the business needs of clients and design solutions to connect with Avanade’s technology capabilities and consultants. This typically involves working closely with client stakeholders to understand existing business processes and using that knowledge to work with Avanade’s technical teams to create a new and improved experience for the client.
As a Business Analyst, you will be a vital contributor to client projects. You will learn business analysis techniques from senior analysts, ensure adherence to Avanade standards, and learn how to best work with clients to successfully drive projects. You will be at the intersection of client business needs and Avanade technical solutions and will help shape the end user experience for a wide range of products across industries.
Day-to-day you will:
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Work with client stakeholders and manage scope
- Assist development and test team members in understanding and creating solutions
- Review, understand, and apply Avanade delivery standards
- Perform scribe activities
- Work with other analysts to deliver quality projects

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop client relationships and drive interactive workshops
- Demonstrated ability to work as an independent individual contributor
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Passionate about technology projects and learning new skills
