Position Summary:

As a Back-End Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our digital endeavors. You’ll be responsible for shaping web concepts and designs for client projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and continuously researching emerging technologies to enhance our operations. Your expertise will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, transforming UI/UX wireframes into functional web applications.

Must Haves:

• Word Press Experience.
• knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Not a hardcore coder or programmer instead looking out for a troubleshooting experience candidate.
• MySQL
• Experienced in building websites and content in the past. (Portfolio links in the resume is a plus).
• Experience in managing AWS Server.
• Must have web host management experience (WHM, Cpanel, Light speed etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execution:

• Collaborate with our team to program websites and databases tailored to project requirements.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technical solutions and architectures.
• Develop websites with a focus on optimization and functionality.
• Maintain and improve existing web applications, including the DMG website, dashboards, portals, and more.
• Innovate and create web-based tools to elevate DMG’s online services, such as digital brochures, blogs, dashboards, portals, and e-signatures.
• Configure and implement hosting solutions for client websites.
• Conduct monthly updates for client websites.
• Work closely with Project Managers and the Development Team to define detailed specifications, project deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage AWS server stacks and ensure their efficient operation.
• Identify and document bugs in internal and external applications.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into visually appealing elements.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end aspects of web applications.
• Create reusable code and libraries for future projects.

Required Knowledge:

Your comprehensive expertise should include:

• In-depth understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and its practical implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with FreeBSD operating system.
• Experience working with relational database systems like MySQL.
• Competence in web host management, including WHM, Cpanel, Light speed, and DNS.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and effective workarounds.
• Extensive experience with Word Press, Bootstrap, and Elementor, encompassing custom themes and advanced custom fields.
• Ability to work with API integrations.
• Knowledge of Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with AWS and Cloud flare load balancing.
• A thorough understanding of AWS stacks, including the ability to interpret security and networking protocols.
• AWS administration skills.
