As an Avesdo Sales Director and Advisor, you are someone who leads the conversation and takes initiative to explore new frontiers and is passionate about how technology can transform the new home buying process. You understand new home development and are able to react quickly and motivate others to adapt to the changing organisational environment
You have led multiple new home development projects from inception through to completion and actively contributed to the strategy and execution of the sales process
You are a stimulating communicator with a persuasive “selling” style, driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of other
You are comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process (we are using HubSpot)
You love to continually engage with people that you have not previously met and those with that you have to establish and nurture trust-based relationships
You are a “hunter” with proven experience, self-motivated and able to craft and manage sophisticated business relationships
You are a true leader and a motivator no matter the role. Socially poised and extraverted, you love to make your mark, and won’t shy away from risk
You love the variety of activities, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency for goal achievement and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll be doing?
Become an internal and external thought leader on new home development business challenges and the growing potential of Avesdo’s technology-enabled services to address them
Manage transactions from origination to closing including prospecting, qualifying, structuring and closing deals and ensuring successful outcomes per discovery and strategy formulation activities
Collaborate with all levels of the decision-making process to isolate and mitigate risks while at the same time offering creative solutions
Establish relationships with senior executives in the new home development community, and manage a pipeline of new home projects with assigned customers and prospects
Conduct discovery activities to determine key business drivers and outcomes within customer and prospect accounts
Evaluate risk associated with each deal and make recommendations regarding pricing, structure etc. while incorporating current market conditions and overall risks
Provide insights and thought leadership to the community and within Avesdo to keep it current with market trends, needs and opportunities to provide customers with more value
